I have a tight schedule today so this Morning Devotion will be brief.
But it will still be potent because of the power of God’s perfect Word.
This greatly encouraging passage painted a smile on my face and empowered the vigor needed for my faith.
“I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15;13 NLT)
The more that I trust God, the more room I reserve in my heart, mind and soul for being filled with joy and peace. That provides the soil for bear the fruit of hopefulness as the seeds of God’s love and Word germinate and grow through the gardening intercession of the Holy Spirit.
“Thank you, God, for this reminder. I’m much encouraged.”
