So Lori and her co-workers received a list of 20 actions that her workplace supervisor said can give anybody “unlimited happiness.”

It’s good when we find a mechanic or plumber or accountant or some other service provider who we’re convinced is trying their best to do his or her best for us at a reasonable price.
Why is this so good? Because there are many service providers who aren’t looking out first for our interests.
